Shipping Policy

All packages are processed, packed, and shipped from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM (PST). Please allow a full 7 business days for your item to be crafted, as all items are made to order. Once your item is complete, you will receive a notification that it has been packaged and is ready to be sent to you. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after business hours will be processed, packed, and shipped on the next business day.

We will always double check your order to make sure it is correct and the proper precautious are taken.

All customers who place an order will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your item's journey right to your doorstep. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders marked as "Delivered." Our shipping partners are USPS and UPS, both of which offer insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery, so we encourage you to be present when your package arrives.

For Local Pickup orders, pick-up times are available on Sundays from 9 AM to 3PM and Wednesdays from 4PM to 8PM. I will send you an email once your order is ready to confirm the time for your meeting. For any other days outside of these times, please reach out to me via email.
